
Dr. Brandon Buchla, DC, CSCS
A second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Buchla completed his B.S. in biology from Fordham University, followed by a doctorate in chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences. He went on to receive a certificate of professional achievement in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University. He has spent years building his understanding of movement and fitness, working as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach throughout schooling - receiving multiple certifications in the process [Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CrossFit-Level 1 (CF-L1), and Rocktape (FMT)]. He is a continuous learner and seeks to always stay on top of the latest research and treatment methods. He has completed a Sports Acupuncture & Dry Needling course through the Midwest Rehabilitation Institute under the renowned Dr. Eric Mitz. He has acted as a preceptor for medical students at Tufts University School of Medicine and Kansas City University, with the goal of demonstrating clinical skills in an alternative medicine environment. Over the past 4 years, Dr. Buchla has provided safe, effective, evidence-based care to thousands of patients.
Prior to establishing ATP+, Dr. Buchla was a highly competitive athlete. He played football and ran track in High School, earning Sports Academic Honors and All-State & All-New England honors as a sprinter. Brandon went on to run track for the Division 1 program at Fordham University and competed in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting meets - setting the NY state deadlift record in 2012.
