As an Infantry Platoon Leader in New York Army National Guard, Zach knows how to run a tight ship with clients and classes alike at ATP+. For nearly 5 years, Zach has worked with performance-driven individuals to help them meet their physical and health goals. Zach is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is continuing his education in holistic studies at the Chek Institute. His passion lies in motivating clients to incorporate movement, nutrition, and overall wellness into all areas of their lives.
