The ATP+ pilates expert, Dylan has over 5 years of experience working with individual clients and coaching group classes. Dylan graduated from Elon University in 2012 with a B.S in Exercise Science and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2013. His motto is “movement is medicine” and he works with our clients to ensure that every exercise benefits your body. Whether it’s on the mat or with a kettlebell, Dylan focuses on training programs that improve the mechanics of your body and transform the way your body performs.
