Drew Accomando, NASM CPT, FRC, FMS
Drew is the head trainer and rehabilitation specialist at ATP. He holds a degree in Health and Physical Education Teaching as well as additional certifications geared towards improving mobility and maximizing performance, including Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and Functional Movement System (FMS). He is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Staples High School Lacrosse and Baseball Teams (2019 Boys Baseball FCIAC and Class LL Championship Team). Multiple athletes under his training have gone on to play at the collegiate, professional, olympic levels such as The New York Yankees, U Penn Lacrosse, Virginia Tech Lacrosse, Georgetown Rowing, U.S. Ski Team, UConn Baseball and many more.
Drew was a four-year varsity baseball player at Eastern Connecticut State University, where he served as Team Captain and Strength Coach. After college Drew went on to compete at the Crossfit Games level. He was a member of the 2016 Crossfit Milford Games team and the 2017 Crossfit Milford Regional team.
