Gabby has been practicing Massage for 5 years after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She believes everyone can benefit from regular massage, whether it be from a physical injury, emotional struggle or just to take time to yourself. She specializes in Deep Tissue focus work, rock tape application, fascia blasting and Oncology Massage. Deep tissue massage, stretching and range of motion exercises are a few things everyone needs for recovery, whether it be from an injury or consistent exercise.
In her free time she enjoys exercising and receiving body work herself. Gabby’s had a few injuries including her hip from running and her shoulder from overworking. Regular massage helped speed up her recovery along with at-home self care. One session won’t fix the problem because wellness and recovery is an ongoing journey. Gabby strongly believes Massage is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Mark L Heilshorn,
Mark is a licensed Massage Therapist having graduated from the Cortiva Institute in Westport, CT. He specializes in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point, Stretching, and Sports Massage.
Dharma is a key word in Mark’s massage vocabulary. Dharma is a Sanskrit word meaning the right way of living, fulfilling your highest purpose, pursuing one’s truest calling and following a sacred duty. Having served as a minister for decades and various roles in executive sales positions, Mark combines his love of helping people relieve stress, and finding the resilience we all need to succeed with our body, mind and spirit.
Mark feels that Massage Therapy is a way to recapture our physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional balance. He enjoys the phrase - Well care – which means to take action, be preventative, and make the body a temple of calm. Studies show that regular massage reduces stress, focuses our attention, and sharpens our energy allowing us to connect and be grounded.
When people speak about Mark’s ability; they often focus first on the comfort and trust they feel and the ease with which they can relax. Over the years of professional and personal growth, he has acquired a reputation for clarity, authenticity and is now a facilitator of what he calls “resilience massage.”
“Mark is an excellent Massage Therapist. He really knows the body. One of my best massages ever.”
