Diana Pineda, CSCS

Personal Trainer

Diana is a first generation college graduate with a B.S in Exercise Science and Nutrition. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition at Sacred Heart University. Her education has allowed her to have a deep understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology. In high school she was in the soccer and track and field team where she developed a love for fitness, exercise and the science behind it all! She enjoys lifting, running, boxing and playing volleyball and soccer recreationally.

She received her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She hopes to help people reach their fitness goals and live a happy healthy lifestyle. She hopes to continue learning and to conduct exercise research in the future.
