Dr. Brandon Buchla, DC, CSCS
Dr. Buchla is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences, where he completed his doctorate of chiropractic. While attending school there, he completed additional certifications including Rocktape (FMT), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CrossFit-Level 1 (CF-L1), and 100 hours of Dry Needling & Acupuncture through the Midwest Rehabilitation Institute under Dr. Eric Mitz. He has >4 years of personal training experience, and clocked in over 800 hours this past year of coaching experience at Final Round CrossFit.
Dr. Buchla competed in athletics all of his life. He played football and ran track in High School, earning Sports Academic Honors and All-State & All-New England honors as part of a 4×100 sprint team. Brandon went on to run track for the Division 1 program at Fordham University. While at Fordham, he competed in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting meets, setting the NY state record in 2012 for the 20-23y.o./165lb class through the WNPF and graduated with a B.S. in Biology. He is very passionate about helping people reach their full potential, whether it be for sport or health.
Drew Accomando, NASM CPT, FRC, FMS
Drew comes from a lifetime of health and fitness. Drew earned his degree in Health and Physical Education Teaching, while being a four year varsity baseball letter-winner at Eastern Connecticut State University. As a two year team captain team, Drew was also a four year All Little East Conference Academic Team member.
A great amount of Drew’s skill comes in strength and conditioning, transformation / weight loss, high intensity group fitness classes, and military combat training. Drew’s passion lies in striving to educate, motivate, and influence clients to take part in a Healthy lifestyle.
